The circle makes for faster pacing which DAD

I mean Removing the circle Would kinda make going to hell a Coinflip (as in if you have to go down is Purely down to luck Dark And Darker Gold)

also Circle is a realy nice way to Introduce some gear burn otherwise there would be very little (any ai that you might get in a fight while already having loot not gonna kill you on its own) and it does make the faster pace possible (something i do kinda enjoy especialy when i have to do a bunch of stuff for work and only get around to playing a little)

If they keep the circle then remove the consuming it does. Theres no reason not to be able to tank it if you have the heals. This isnt a BR, the collapsing circle only creates fights and with more players being pushing into a session (now 18) theres less portals for everyone.

The circle makes for faster pacing which makes the game more interesting. yeah, sure, sometimes you get consumed by the darkness when you're the last man standing because a portal is either too far away or you don't know it's there. i've died quite a few times where i was consumed by the darkness with a bag full of loot and yeah, sure, i got mad for a second, but "play again" got clicked and i'm right back at it.

If you haven't seen me in other threads, i absolutely hate BR games. but i've been having a ??? blast in this one - circle included. i feel like it creates another layer of elements to make things more dangerous and while yeah, sometimes it creates a situation where you get screwed... it also keeps you on the move, even if that means engaging that trio when you're a solo. get strategic. maybe you lose. maybe someone else joins up and you win. hell, maybe you actually get the advantage over them and win yourself. i've died plenty to trios, duos and solos - i laugh, even sometimes (though idk if it ever works) hit my talk button and tell them what i have on my dead body, they're gonna take it anyway, but ??? man, you got me.

I dunno, i have sort of an apathetic approach to survival in the game. while yeah, i'm pushing to get out and i'll grunt or something when i get caught unaware or by a better player (and there's plenty, i'm a casual in most games. XD) and die, but i just laugh, shrug, exit to lobby and play again.

Over all view of Dark And Darker

This is just me saying it but its not fun, There are way to many enemies with large damage thresholds for new play, the battle royal ring isnt needed, the extracts are to random and sparse, and why the ???? does it take 10 mins to open an unlocked door. Honestly this game has potential but atm cant enjoy it 2/10 for this game.

I think you're looking at the game wrong, maybe.

I'm having a blast. I don't want to die, but I mostly expect it and when I don't, and I survive? Overwhelming satisfaction. But I'm usually laughing when I die because of the scenario - the only time I get mad is if I get stuck, but that's usually my own fault anyway.

There's a learning curve for sure.

Like, someone who's new to the game and hasn't watched anything about it is going to get monkey stomped by a goblin, beetle or skelly right off the bat. Doesn't entirely matter how good they are at games in general, it's bound to happen pretty early in your career in this game. Once you've played a few rounds you start to pick up on things - besides, you have pretty much no perks when you first start out. I feel like tons of people who are complaining about this game didn't actually play Skyrim (which has nothing to do with this, I'm comparing it because:) you are pretty weak at the beginning of the game. After you've invested some time in to it, you start getting better - and you're leveling up, in step the perks. It's pretty well the same here, though the leveling is slower. Honestly I feel like the mobs in both games have a similar attack pattern where once you've learned it, you can often times dodge the incoming, hit a few attacks and then dodge the incoming.

Practice makes perfect? I dunno, my 8 year old daughter was running around on a Barbarian and having the time of her life, lol. I think it depends on how you look at the game. If you always want to winwinwin, it might not really be for you, I mean, unless you're doing that then kudos, but for the most part I've seen people in full purple gear ???? up a few steps and get bodied, losing all their gear cheap Dark And Darker Gold, unless a friend grabs it from their team. While they're mad, they just shrug and start playing again.
